CANCEL POLICY

Carroll's Mobile Detailing upholds a robust cancellation policy to ensure operational efficiency and fairness to all clients. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms:

 

1. Notice Requirement:

 

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. This time frame allows us to reallocate the reserved appointment slot to another client.

2. Cancellation Cap:

 

Clients may cancel up to three (3) appointments without incurring any cancellation fees. However, subsequent cancellations beyond this threshold will be subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.

3. Late Cancellation Fee:

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the agreed-upon service price. This fee is implemented to offset the costs associated with the preparation and allocation of resources for the appointment.

4. No-Show Policy:

 

In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification, a no-show fee equivalent to 75% of the service cost will be charged. This policy ensures fairness to our team members and other clients who could have utilized the reserved time slot.

5. Rescheduling:

 

Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments whenever possible, subject to availability. However, rescheduling requests must also adhere to the 24-hour notice requirement to avoid incurring any cancellation fees.
